How evolving technology will change the business world
Technology has rapidly been increasing over the past thirty
years especially in the communication in the business world. The sending of documents used to be a lengthy
process now they can be faxed over in minutes.
When executives where out of the office they where nearly impossible to
contact now everyone is connected at all times.
The best part about today’s technology is that it’s cheap and very
efficient. Holograms are being redefined
as more business want to explore have hologram imaging of people in business
meetings. Companies are also trying to
figure out how to make hologram mobile. This
technology of hologram is currently in development and hopefully we will see
them in production in the next thirty years there is no telling how far we may
come.
I agree. Technology is definitely advancing and it makes work much easier to do. However, I think we need to find a line of what not to cross as far as technology goes. When do we stop being connected? When is rural Montana going to have 4G? When do we create personal relationships? Holograms have the potential to be great technology but do we really need them?
ReplyDeleteI agree that holograms could be yet another great advancement within the technological field. It may take some time to get incorporated throughout all businesses, but I can easily see some of the benefits that could arise. It could make business meetings much easier to manage with people from around the world. I think we will continue to see technological advancements like holograms come up in the future that will have a positive impact on users.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Riley on the statement on whether or not we really need holograms. To me, they seem pointless and should have more focus on other important aspects of technology, for example-- finding cheaper ways to get the best internet connection like the Google fiber project. The idea of holograms seems pretty neat but it's not as important as other technology advancements in my opinion.
